FluidFitness is all about creating a fun, motivating fitness training experience conveniently at your home or a location of your choosing.
Why the name? With our lives consistently changing, whether it's a stressful work season, a new baby, kid's busy schedules, and/or health issues, our fitness should shift and flow with our current life circumstances, not be forgotten or removed. 
 
We make it easy to start or get back into a training routine — no intimidation, no yelling, and no pressure. And you can wear those mismatched, stained, hole-ridden workout clothes that you'd never wear to a gym — no judgment here!

Why FluidFitness?

Our main focus for every client is to help make their every day life better. We primarily focus on exercises the build a body that can do real-life activities in real-life positions because muscles have a greater purpose than just looking good.

It's hard to make the time to workout but it's worth it and necessary. We help you out by coming to a location that works best for you. If that's your home, a park nearby, or even a parking lot before/after work, we can help you fit in your training.

One size fits all workouts don't exist here. All of our group training is customized for your fitness level, creating variations and replacement exercises when needed. For personal training, we craft your workouts to meet your specific goals for maximum results.

Just like everything in life, if you do it over and over, you get used to it. Same thing for exercise. That's why we focus on dynamic, integrative exercise sessions that continue to surprise your muscles so that your body responds, keeping you challenged and engaged.  

Most people don't even realize how hard they are on themselves. Yelling, intimidation, and pressure demotivate. We provide positive instruction and feedback in an encouraging style. We're still tough because we want you to reach your goals but . . . we do it with a smile.

Whether you like to keep to yourself or talk with a friend during your workout, a sense of camaraderie develops in FluidFitness group classes that helps spur you on. We maintain a friendly, motivating atmosphere that promotes encouragement of each other, not unfriendly competitiveness.
